FIELD: motors and pumps.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aircraft engine building, namely to the injection pumps of the turbojet oil system. Displacement pump (DP) is interlocked with the evacuation pump in the casing of the oil unit. Purified oil is fed into the gear-centrifugal working member of the DP. Working member of the DP contains two impellers placed on two parallel shafts. Each impeller has a pinion with a gear ring and a topping impeller. One shaft is connected to the drive, which delivers the torque from the starter and/or the shaft of the HPH, and is equipped with a driven impeller freely mounted on the shaft. Second shaft receives the torque from the first shaft through the gear wheel of the evacuation pump impellers. Working member of the DP works with a centrifugal supply of oil with a topping impeller to the gear rings of the gears and a volume displacement of the pumped medium from the intergear depressions of the interacting gear rings of the gear wheels of the impellers. Displacement of the pumped medium from each of the interacting gears interdental cavity in the corresponding pump is performed in the gear rims rotation angular sector, determined by half the angle formed by gears radii from the relative cylindrical surfaces intersection point describing the gear rims teeth vertices, up to the output point of intersection of the conditional cylindrical surfaces in the direction of rotation of the gears, which constitutes the angular sector β= (0.416÷0.485) [rad]. A dual circuit lubrication system for a power end of a reciprocating pump that includes a lubrication pump that supplies lubrication fluid to a high pressure lubrication circuit and a low pressure lubrication circuit. The high pressure lubrication circuit is fluidly coupled to a crankshaft to supply lubrication fluid to journal surfaces associated with the crankshaft at a first lubrication fluid pressure. The crankshaft drives a crosshead coupled to a plunger to displace fluid from a fluid end of the reciprocating pump. The low pressure lubrication circuit is fluidly coupled to supply the lubrication fluid to a plurality of roller bearing surfaces associated with the crankshaft at a second lubrication fluid pressure. The first lubrication fluid pressure is greater than the second lubrication fluid pressure. 1. A reciprocating pump , comprising:at least one plunger configured for reciprocating movement in a plunger bore;a crankshaft coupled to and configured to drive the at least one plunger, the crankshaft having a plurality of journal surfaces;one or more lubrication pumps configured to supply a lubrication fluid to a high pressure lubrication circuit and a low pressure lubrication circuit;the high pressure lubrication circuit being fluidly coupled to supply at least some of the lubrication fluid to the plurality of journal surfaces associated with the crankshaft at a first lubrication fluid pressure; andthe low pressure lubrication circuit being fluidly coupled to supply at least some of the lubrication fluid to a plurality of roller bearing surfaces associated with the crankshaft at a second lubrication fluid pressure, the first lubrication fluid pressure being greater than the second lubrication fluid pressure.2. The reciprocating pump of claim 1 , wherein the first lubrication fluid pressure is at least 1.5 times the second lubrication fluid pressure.3. This internal gear pump (1) has a trochoid (4) in which an inner rotor (3) having multiple outer teeth is rotatably housed inside of an outer rotor (2) having multiple inner teeth in an eccentric state in which the outer teeth mesh with said inner teeth. Between the inner teeth and the outer teeth in said trochoid are formed an inlet-side volume chamber where a liquid is intaken and an outlet-side volume chamber where the liquid intaken in the inlet-side volume chamber is discharged. The internal gear pump (1) also includes a casing (5) in which a recess (5a) housing the trochoid (4) is formed, and a cover (6) which closes the recess (5a) of the casing (5). At least one part of the casing (5) is an injection molded body of a resin composition. There is a groove (5d) in the portion which seals the outer periphery of the recess (5a) of the casing (5), and a seal ring (13) is installed in said groove. In screw hole sections, sintered metal bushings (7) are provided integrally during injection molding.

A fuel feed device having a first pump assembled with an electric motor in a sheet-metal shell to form a self-contained unit. The drive shaft of the motor projects from the unit and is drivingly connected to an impeller of a second pump whose housing surrounds the impeller. The housing of the second pump surrounds part of the self-contained unit and a sleeve is pushed over the self-contained unit with clearance therebetween and is connected at its lower end to the second pump housing and forms a seal with the self-contained unit by a holding ring and an elastic membrane. The device is easily adapted to casings of the first pump of any form and shape and to requirements, such as changes in filter size, mounting in the fuel tank, and for different types of second pumps.

In order to allow the change in level of liquid in receptacle (4) to be converted to a volume (and later a weight) of liquid, the receptacle (4) has a constant internal cross-sectional area across a significant part of the height of the receptacle. Use of a level sensor as described is found to be highly accurate.
