Шибер выполнен из горячекатаной стали марки 16 ГС в виде листа прямоугольного сечения (560×380×40 мм) с односторонним скосом под углом 12°, имеет 71 дросселирующее отверстие 2 (фиг. 1) диаметром 20 мм, просверленное под углом 12° к передней плоскости, и предназначен для плавного гашения энергии взрыва, образующейся при уничтожении элементов боеприпасов сложной конструкции. Шибер 1 (фиг. 1) крепится к отбойнику с помощью шпилек через соединительные отверстия 3 (фиг. 1). Скосы шибера совмещаются со скосами торцевых стенок локализатора, что предотвращает разлет осколков и повреждение стенок внутри камеры.Технический результат - повышение ресурса работы и защиты отбойника локализатора и создание замкнутого пространства зоны подрыва при уничтожении элементов боеприпасов сложной конструкции. Примененный композитный материал обладает антифрикционными свойствами, обеспечивающими работоспособность подъемного устройства при полном отсутствии смазки этих узлов. The state of the member may be maintained against opposing forces with relatively little expenditure of energy. A slide blind controls flow through conduits at a flanged connection. The slide blind has a right and left working plates configured such that one of the working plates is sealed between the flanges a perimeter thereof adjacent to inner sides of the flange bolts. A joiner member connects the right and left working plates, and handle members extend in right and left directions from the corresponding working plates. The joiner and handle members have a thickness less than the thickness of the right and left working plates. A rotary valve is described that includes a rotary valve member including a flow control region, and a valve seat surface with which the flow control region of the valve member is in engagement, a flow port opening into the valve seat surface. The flow port is positioned such that, in a first angular position of the valve member, the flow control region fully closes the flow port and in a second angular position the flow port is just fully unobscured by the flow control region. The first and second angular positions are spaced apart from one another by an angle in excess of 180°. 1. A rotary valve comprising a rotary valve member including a flow control region , and a valve seat surface with which the flow control region of the valve member is in engagement , a flow port opening into the valve seat surface , the flow port being positioned such that , in a first angular position of the valve member , the flow control region fully closes the flow port and in a second angular position the flow port is just fully unobscured by the flow control region , the first and second angular positions being spaced apart from one another by an angle in excess of 180°.2.
