The decorative layer-attached transparent plate according to claim 1 ,wherein the protrusion has a full width at half maximum of 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less and a height of 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less.3. The decorative layer-attached transparent plate according to claim 2 ,wherein in plan view, when a protrusion tangent is drawn to a peak of the protrusion, and among tangents which are drawn to the decorative layer and parallel to the protrusion tangent, a tangent having a contact point with the decorative layer closest to the peak of the protrusion is taken as a protrusion-adjacent tangent,the decorative layer has:a shortest distance between the protrusion tangent and the protrusion-adjacent tangent being 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less; andthe full width at half maximum of the protrusion of 20 μm or more and 200 μm or less with respect to the shortest distance.4. A liquid crystal display device, comprising: a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a semiconductor layer disposed on the first substrate and including a channel area upon which a source electrode and a drain electrode are spaced apart from each other while facing each other; an organic layer disposed on the channel and including an opening that exposes at least a part of the channel area; and a common electrode disposed on the organic layer and including a first opening that extends across the channel area. 1. A liquid crystal display device , comprising:a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other;a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate;a semiconductor layer disposed on the first substrate and including a channel area upon which a source electrode and a drain electrode are spaced apart from each other while facing each other;an organic layer disposed on the channel and including an opening that exposes at least a part of the channel area; anda common electrode disposed on the organic layer and including a first opening that extends across the channel area.2. The liquid crystal display device of claim 1 ,wherein the opening of the organic layer includes a boundary that crosses the channel area.3. The liquid crystal display device of claim 1 ,wherein the common electrode further includes a second opening that exposes at least a part of the drain electrode.4. A display device , comprising:a thin film transistor on a substrate;a protective film on the thin film transistor; andan alignment film on the protective film,wherein the protective film includes at least one protective film, and the protective film adjacent to the alignment film among the at least one protective film has a silicon content higher than a nitrogen content.2. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein a bonding ratio of silicon and nitrogen in the protective film adjacent to the alignment film is 1 or less.3. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the protective film adjacent to the alignment film has a lower volume resistance than a volume resistance of the alignment film.4. The display device according to claim 1 , wherein the alignment film includes an upper alignment film including a photo-degradable material and a lower alignment film without a photo-degradable material.5. A method for manufacturing an array substrate is provided. The array substrate, by providing a black matrix and a color resist layer on the array substrate and providing the color resist layer on the TFT layer, prevents bad influences on the color resist layer caused by a high temperature TFT process so as to provide a liquid crystal panel with improved displaying quality. The method includes, firstly, forming a black matrix on a substrate, and secondly, implementing a TFT manufacture process on the black matrix, and then forming a color resist layer after the TFT manufacture process. A technique for producing a bonded display assembly uses actinic radiation from a series of discrete LEDs, and an anamorphic optical system. The display assembly comprises a cover glass, a display housing, and an initially uncured adhesive layer. A peripheral mask lies between the adhesive layer and the cover glass, such that corresponding peripheral portions of the adhesive layer are masked from direct illumination through the cover glass. Actinic light from the LEDs is injected into a first masked portion of the adhesive layer through an adhesive edge, after such light passes through or is otherwise redirected by the anamorphic optical system. The anamorphic optical system, such as one or more cylindrical lenses, is configured such that the redirected light (a) spreads out along the adhesive edge, and (b) is focused onto the adhesive edge in a reference plane perpendicular to the adhesive edge. 1.
