A fuse includes an integrated measuring function. The electrical transformer disconnection system includes an earth connection that is mechanical (49) comprising electrical contacts (9A,9B,9C) for each phase. A spring (13) is used to displace the contacts towards fixed contacts (14A,14B,14C) and so connect the fuses (3A,3B,3C) to earth when a trigger (15) is operated by the fault detector (22). The system is armed by a lever (17) perpendicular to a rod (18) which is rotated so the lever pushes on a lug (21) on a bar (8). The sensor detecting excess pressure of the dielectric has a deformable membrane (23) whose surfaces are in contact with the dielectric and which is joined to the trigger with a certain play to allow expansion of the liquid without triggering the system. By using strike fuses, an excess current can operate levers to trigger the system.
