According to the method, the high selectivity of the green oxidizing agent ozone to olefin double bonds is utilized, cyclohexene is selectively oxidized in a mixed solvent system to prepare the 1, 6-adipaldehyde in one step, solid catalysts such as precious metal complexes and sodium periodate do not need to be introduced into a reaction system, and the preparation method is simple in process, green, environmentally friendly and free of pollution.
