By compounding the active agent, the etching of the metal layer can be more efficiently inhibited, and the etching selection ratio can be higher than 20; and meanwhile, the etching solution can be rapidly infiltrated into a silicon oxide deep hole structure to completely etch silicon oxide in a deep hole, so that the process requirements are met.
