SOLUTION: The phase shifter 100 is mainly composed of the main line 101, a stub 102 and a resistor 103. The main line 101 transmits high frequency signals. The stub 102 adjusts the phase of the high frequency signal transmitted on the main line 101, and its length determines the maximum amount of the variable phase.
