The present invention relates to a fiber-based sensor capable of clearly determining and detecting external force such as vertical pressure, bending force, tensile force, shear force, or the like, and a method of manufacturing the same. The fiber-based sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a conductive fiber part composed of a flexible fiber and metal nanoparticles formed in the flexible fiber; and a conductive flexible fiber part composed of a conductive polymer formed on a surface of the conductive fiber part.
