... 본 발명은 사과갈색무늬병균 검출 또는 진단을 위한 등온증폭반응용 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 사과갈색무늬병균을 특이적으로 검출 또는 진단할 수 있는 등온증폭반응용 프라이머 세트; 이를 포함하는 사과갈색무늬병 진단용 조성물; 진단 키트; 및 이를 이용한 사과갈색무늬병균 검출 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 등온증폭반응용 프라이머 세트는 사과갈색무늬병균(Marssonina coronariae)의 메탈로펩티다제(metallopeptidase) 유전자 영역을 특이적으로 증폭시킬 수 있어, 이를 이용하는 경우 검체로부터 단시간 내에 전문장비 없이 효과적으로 갈색무늬병균을 검출할 수 있다. 또한 SYBR Green I Nucleic Acid Gel Stain(10,000X concentrate in DMSO, invitrogen)를 이용하여 자연광 하에서 육안으로 신속하게 진단할 수 있다. 또한, 갈색무늬병균이 감염된 잎의 건전부위에서도 갈색무늬병의 감염을 진단할 수 있다. 따라서 사과재배농가에 막대한 피해를 줄 수 있는 갈색무늬병균을 조기에 검출 가능하게 하여 보다 신속하고 효율적인 진단 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이를 통해 갈색무늬병균 감염으로 인한 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
