... 본 발명은 레이저를 이용하여 미소 구조물을 제작하는 것으로서, 더욱 자세하게는 레이저를 이용하여 대상 물질에 발생하는 열 에너지가 대류 현상을 일으켜 형성되는 미세 파장(capillary wave)을 이용하여 마이크로 미터 크기의 반복된 3차원 구조를 갖는 문양을 형성하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 레이저를 이용하여 태양전지 표면에 마이크로 미터 크기의 미세한 다공성 구조를 형성하여 광학적으로 접합 면적을 높여 입사광의 흡수율을 증가시켜 에너지 변환 효율을 높이는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 레이저를 이용하여 광 에너지를 전달시켜 대상 물질에 형성되는 미세 표면 파장(capillary wave)과 상폭발(phase explosion) 현상을 이용하여 마이크로 미터 크기의 다공성 굴곡을 형성시켜 태양전지의 광학적 접합 면적을 넓힘으로 광변환 효율을 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

... 본 발명은 매크로 블록 분할에 따른 인트라 프리딕션 모드(Intra Prediction Mode)를 적용할 경우, 해당 매크로 블록의 대표 값을 매크로 블록 전체 픽셀의 평균값으로 하지 않고 매크로 블록의 크기에 따라 대표 값을 차등 적용함으로써, 대표 값과 각 픽셀 값의 차이를 적게 하여 화질 저하를 막을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 압축율을 유지할 수 있는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 매크로 블록 가변 크기 분할 방식의 인트라 프리딕션을 적용한 인코딩 방법은 매크로 블록의 가로 및 세로 크기가 기준 사이즈 이하인 경우 매크로 블록의 평균 값을 계산하여 매크로 블록의 대표 값을 설정하며, 매크로 블록의 가로 또는 세로 크기가 기준 사이즈를 초과하는 경우 초과한 부분을 나누어 매크로 블록을 분할하여 마이너 매크로 블록을 생성하며, 마이너 매크로 블록 각각에 대한 평균 값을 계산한 후 계산된 평균 값을 이용하여 마이너 매크로 블록 각각에 대한 대표 값을 설정하며 매크로 블록의 가로 및 세로 크기가 기준 사이즈를 초과하는 경우 가로 및 세로 방향을 나누어 매크로 블록을 분할하여 마이너 매크로 블록을 생성하며, 마이너 매크로 블록 각각에 대한 평균 값을 계산한 후 계산된 평균 값을 이용하여 마이너 매크로 블록 각각에 대한 대표 값을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
