... 본 발명은 골절 치료를 위한 보철구용 생분해성 복합재료 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 바이오 유리 섬유(BGF) 및 폴리락트산(PLA)을 포함한 복합재료를 이용한 생분해 가능한 재료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 골절 치료를 위한 보철구용 생분해성 복합재료는 응력 방패 효과를 조절함으로써 골절부에 응력 전달을 원활하고 적절하게 할 수 있다. 이러한 특성은 치료 시기에 따른 골절부의 강도(혹은 강성)회복에 따라 보철구의 강도(혹은 강성)를 줄여줌으로써 골절부에 응력 전달을 원활하고 적절하게 할 수 있다는 장점이 있으며, 결과적으로 치료기간을 줄일 수 있고, 보철구 제거를 위한 추가 시술이 필요 없다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 특허에서 제시하는 유리 섬유의 표면을 개질하는 방법은 대기압 플라즈마 처리(open air plasma treatment)이며, 이는 특별한 화학적 물질을 사용하는 것이 아니라 공기를 이용하는 것이기 때문에 생물학적으로도 안정하다는 장점을 갖는다.

... 본 발명은 노다바이러스 캡시드 단백질의 정제 수율 증가 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, RGNNV 캡시드 단백질의 정제과정에서 크로마토그래피 단계 전 세포파쇄물을 CaCl2 또는 CaCl2와 EDTA가 포함된 완충액으로 투석할 경우 크로마토그래피시 회수되는 RGNNV 캡시드 단백질의 수율을 현격하게 증가시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, EDTA만을 완충액에 포함시켜 투석을 진행 할 경우 RGNNV 캡시드 단백질 복합체의 크기를 다양하게 하여 균질성을 떨어뜨리거나 크로마토그래피 단계에서 정제 수율 감소를 일으킬 수 있으나, EDTA를 CaCl2와 동시에 처리할 경우 크로마토그래피 단계에서 정제 수율은 현격하게 증가될 수 있다. 또한 CaCl2와 EDTA를 동시에 처리함으로 인해 증가되는 정제 수율의 향상 정도는, CaCl2만 처리한 조건에서 보여지는 정제 수율 향상 수준보다 월등하게 높다.
