... 본 발명은 인간에 존재하는 사이토크롬 P450 2D6 (CYP 2D6) 유전형 분석을 위한 표준 유전자의 불멸화 세포주 제작 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 한국인에서 유전형 분석을 위해 인체 전혈로 부터 분리된 휴식기 B 세포에 EBV 바이러스를 이용하여 활성화된 증식 가능한 B 임파구성 세포 (LCL)로 쉽게 변형 시켜 불멸화 세포주로 제작하고 완성된 세포주에서 분리된 genomic DNA를 한국인의 CYP 2D6 유전형 선별을 위한 표준화된 유전물질로 이용함에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법을 이용하면 한국인의 CYP 2D6 유전자의 단일염기다형성 (single nucleotide polymorphism; SNP)을 분석하기 위해 개발된 다양한 분석 방법에서 표준화된 물질로 이용하여 많은 양의 유전물질의 원활한 사용을 통해 시간과 비용에 효율성을 높여 한국인에서 발견되는 CYP 2D6 유전자의 변이형 선발을 용이하게 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 이러한 유전자의 변이 확인은 발생 가능한 이상 징후를 예측하는데도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
