A method and an apparatus for modeling a waterwall of a supercritical once-through boiler are disclosed. The method of modeling a waterwall includes: (a) setting, as input variables, a flow rate, enthalpy, and a temperature at an outlet of an economizer and a pressure at an outlet of a superheater, and a fuel flow rate supplied into a furnace; (b) setting, as output variables, a flow rate, enthalpy, a pressure, and a temperature at an outlet of the waterwall; (c) setting, as state variables, a density and enthalpy at the outlet of the waterwall; (d) finding out values of the state variables with a target temperature and a target pressure in a steam table; and (e) calculating a value of change in the temperature and a value of change in the pressure inside the waterwall, and values of the output variables according to changes of the input variables based on the values of the state variables, using a plurality of balance equations of a preset waterwall model.
