As such, it is possible to prevent deterioration of surface roughness due to orange peel on a surface of a steel sheet even in post processing of stainless steel while increasing a grain size to reduce a strength of the austenitic stainless steel. Moreover, costs are able to be reduced by replacing copper tubes or aluminum tubes used as air-conditioning refrigerant pipes with stainless steel tubes.
