According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a system to measure displacement of a corrugated steel plate culvert comprising: identification markers (T) which are equidistantly fixated inside a lower part of a corrugated steel plate (C); a reference region generation unit (10) prepared in a moving body (B) to receive an image for the identification marker, generating a reference region for displacement measurement by extracting the image; a distance measurement unit (20) to measure a distance with respect to an irradiated surface by irradiating the corrugated steel plate (C) with a laser beam (L); and a linear frame extraction unit (30) to extract a cloud consisting of peak data (D_peak), which extracts the cloud and becomes a linear data (D_lin), with respect to a periodic peak distance from distances (D10, D11, D12, ..., D_n1-1, D_nn) continuously measured by the distance measurement unit with respect to the corrugated steel plate (C).
