The present invention relates to a connection structure for a core structure (A1) and a modular structure of a modular building, and a construction method for the same capable of rapidly piling and constructing a modular building while minimizing displacement due to a lateral force generated in a core structure (A1) such as an EV shaft in the modular building, and stably constructing the modular building in order for a bending moment not to be transmitted to a peripheral modular structure. The core structure (A1) connects a complex PC structure, and the modular structure (A2) connects a steel frame structure; thus the connection structure manufactured in a shape of a box body.
