The present invention provides a decoy peptide or a polypeptide capable of inhibiting a combination of AMIGO2 and 3-phosphoinositide-dependent kinase 1 (PDK1), and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or angiogenesis diseases, wherein the pharmaceutical composition includes the decoy peptide or the polypeptide of the present invention as an active ingredient. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for screening a material for preventing or treating cancer or angiogenesis diseases. According to the present invention, it is noticeable that the decoy peptide or the polypeptide of the present invention induces apoptosis by inhibiting a combination of AMIGO2 and PDK1, decreases mobility and attaching properties of endothelial cells, and remarkably reduces blood vessel induction, survival, and growth.
