... 본 발명은 내시경용 주사장치에 관한 것으로, 주사대상 부위인 신체 조직을 파지한 상태에서 내시경용 주사침을 조직 내에 삽입되게 한 후 주사 용액을 주입하는 구성 및, 출혈 발생시 그 출혈 부위를 지혈할 수 있는 구성을 제공한다. 즉 조직을 파지하는 파지용 집게 사이에 주사침이 수용된 상태로부터 일련의 조작에 대응되어 파지용 집게가 조직을 파지한 후 주사침을 삽입하고, 주사침을 통해 주사용액을 조직에 주입하도록 하는 것이다. 또한 시술시 출혈이 발생할 경우 별도의 지혈 겸자를 사용하지 않고서도 파지용 집게에 전달되는 열에 의해 출혈 부위를 지혈하고 있다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 주사 대상부위의 정확한 위치를 확인할 수 있어 주사침으로 인해 조직에 천공이 생기는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 출혈 발생시에 별도의 기구를 사용하지 않고 바로 지혈을 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
