According to the present invention, various impurities, which can be contained in a liquid after a first filtering by an external filter device provided at a liquid supply line, are removed just before flowing into a capillary by at least one internal filter provided in front of the liquid inflow side of the capillary, and thus an interruption during liquid injection or a decline in the liquid injection amount can be prevented in advance by the inflow of impurities into the capillary.
