The present invention relates to a medicinal fluid injection device. The medicinal fluid injection device of the present invention is capable of converting, into a helical spin and a translational motion, an axial movement of an elastic balloon caused by the difference in the length of the elastic balloon before and after the charge and discharge of medicinal fluid. The device also allows an indicator meter to perform a helical movement with a long trajectory, rather than a simple and linear movement trajectory. Thus, the scale of the medicinal fluid can be read in visually clear and precise way, in comparison with an prior art.
