Specifically, the conductive emulsifier and the alcohol-based polymer are mixed and subjected to heat treatment in order to remove a hydrophilic group of the conductive emulsifier and a hydrophilic group of the alcohol-based polymer through dehydration condensation, whereby the finally produced graft copolymer can have good water resistance so as to prevent reaction with moisture in the air.
