... 본 발명에 따른 신축사의 높은 신축효과 발현을 위하여 고유점도만 다른 동일한 2종의 폴리에스터 적용보다는 고수축 특성을 갖는 공중합 폴리에스테르계 폴리머를 고점도로하고 일반 폴리에스테르계 폴리머를 저점도로 사용하여 십자형 노즐을 통해 복합 용융방사한 후 연신공정을 거쳐 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 폴리에스터 신축사는 2종의 폴리머로 구성된 잠재권축 복합방사 제조에 있어서, 고점도 폴리머로 고유점도가 0.6~0.85이며 고수축 특성을 갖는 폴리에스테르 공중합체를 사용하고, 저점도 폴리머로 고유점도가 0.4~0.55를 갖는 일반 폴리에스테르 폴리머를 사용하여 십자형 단면을 갖는 노즐에서 복합방사한 잠재권축성 복합방사 필라멘트에 관한 것이다. 상기 고점도 폴리머는 폴리에스테르 공중합체로 고수축 특성을 부여하기 위해 네오펜틸글리콜 1~30mol% 폴리에스테르 공중합체 또는 아이소프탈릭에시드 1~20mol%, 및 비스페놀에이 변성체 1~10mol%로 구성되는 폴리에스테르 공중합체가 바람직하다.
