The present invention pertains to a three-layered hydroentangled nonwoven mask pack sheet characterized by comprising: a base layer made of spunbond nonwoven fabric, and cover layers disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the base layer and made of a spunlace nonwoven fabric composed of a natural fabric; or a base layer made of the spunlace nonwoven fabric, and cover layers disposed on the upper and lower surfaces of the base layer and made of spunbond nonwoven fabric. The spunbond nonwoven fabric is selected from the group consisting of polyester, olefin, nylon, PLA fiber, and combinations thereof, the natural fiber is selected from the group consisting of cotton fiber, cellulose fiber, bamboo fiber, pulp fiber, and combinations thereof, and the spunlace nonwoven fabric is a short fiber selected from the group consisting of cotton fiber, cellulose fiber, bamboo fiber, pulp fiber, polyester, olefin, nylon, PLA, and combinations thereof.
