... 본 발명은 평면형 변압기에서 발생하는 공통모드 노이즈를 줄일 수 있는 새로운 변압기 구조 및 권선 레이아웃 구조를 제안한다. 일 실시예에 따른 컨버터는 두개의 하프-브릿지 LLC 고진형 컨버터를 1차측은 병렬, 2차측은 직렬로 연결하여 구성된다. 일 실시예에 따른 컨버터는 1차측의 풀-브릿지 구조를 바탕으로 중-고전력 어플리케이션에서 사용되어 질 수 있다. 각각의 변압기는 하나의 단자가 정전압 포인트와 연결되며 해당 지점은 dv/dt 특성이 0이다. 따라서 1차측 권선 레이어는 2차측 권선 레이어와 동일한 dv/dt 특성을 가진다. 동일한 dv/dt 특성을 가지는 1차, 2차측 레이어들을 인접하게 배치시킴으로써 평면형 변압기로부터 발생하는 공통모드 전류를 크게 저감할 수 있다. 결과적으로 일 실시예에 따른 컨버터는 EMI 필터사이즈를 줄임으로써 높은 전력밀도를 달성할 수 있다.
