The present invention relates to a three dimensional cell culture apparatus which includes fine pattern parts as meshes in a hydrogel structure, and the three dimensional cell culture apparatus grows and differentiates a single cell fixed in the hydrogel structure to grow the single cell into a multicellular group having a certain size according to a mesh hole designed in the hydrogel structure. According to the present invention, sizes of, and intervals between, mesh holes can be adjusted and amounts and types of cells can be changed, to be controlled in such a way that a multicellular group can be formed as an array in the hydrogel structure. Also, such hydrogel structure which is membrane-shaped can be combined with each other in three dimensional form to serve as a cell three dimensional culture apparatus and as a scaffold.
