The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for recycling through removal of various environmental pollutants contained in organic waste. To this end, while the organic waste is separated respectively into solid waste and liquid waste, condensed water produced by the solid waste and the liquid waste undergoes an anaerobic process to produce bio gas to be recycled as a heat source of a dryer.
