... 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 팬 인서트는 사출 시 상부 및 하부에 배치된 금형을 통하여 상면 및 하면이 직접적으로 가압되는 팬 인서트로서, 상기 상면 및 상기 하면에는 사출 시 상기 금형에 접하여 가압되는 돌기가 형성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 팬 인서트의 상면 및 하면에 돌기를 형성하여 사출 시 금형이 돌기에 접하여 팬 인서트를 간접적으로 가압함으로써, 종래의 사출방법 이외에 금형으로 팬 인서트를 직접적으로 가압하기 위한 별도의 제조장비 및 공정을 추가로 필요로 하지 않으므로 제조비용을 절감할 수 있고, 금형의 가압 시 돌기가 팽창되어 압력을 흡수함으로써, 팬 인서트가 변형되거나 파손되지 않아 제조되는 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.
