The present invention relates to a flexible thermoelement and a manufacturing method thereof. Especially, a thermoelement is provided between a high temperature part and a low temperature part. The thermoelement forms a plurality of P type materials and N type materials at a constant interval, forms a folding part by being folded at the P type material interval and the N type material interval. An insulating filter is coated between the folded P type material and the folded N type material. A separation cutting and an alignment do not required in a part contacting the high temperature part and the low temperature part by consisting of a module by folding one flexible thermoelement including the P type material and the N type material. Contact resistance is reduced by only forming thermal contact by removing an electrical contact process, so that output and process ability are improved.
