The fixing means comprises a plate-type first fixing portion and a ring-type second fixing portion and presses and fixes an outer flange of a printing pad mounted on the first fixing portion. The present invention assures printing quality as well as increases economic efficiency and facilitates printing pad centering for precision by means of allowing the printing portion to be easily replaced when necessary.
