The microspheres containing a rivastigmine pamoate salt according to the present invention exhibit a stable drug release rate over a long period of time, thereby maintaining an effective concentration of rivastigmine in the blood for a certain period of time. Therefore, the microspheres can extend the administration cycle of the drug, increase the patient's medication compliance, and alleviate side effects caused by rapid initial release of the drug.
