... 본 발명은 UV경화 소재를 이용한 패턴 금형 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱상세하게는, 패턴이 가공된 하나의 박판 금형을 제작하고, 열경화성 소재은 UV경화수재를 이용하여 패턴을 순차이송방식으로 성형 및 적층하여 일체형으로 이루어진 금형을 제작하고, 전주 및 복재과정을 거쳐 재귀반사물 성형용 패턴 금형으로 사용하는 UV경화 소재를 이용한 패턴 금형 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 UV경화 소재를 이용한 패턴 금형 제조방법은 재조립 정렬과정을 거치지 않게 되므로 조립정렬오차를 최소화함으로써 재귀반사효율이 높은 재귀반사물을 성형할 수 있는 금형을 제조할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 UV경화 소재를 이용한 패턴 금형 제조방법은 제조과정의 단순화와 경제적인 수지를 사용함으로써 상대적으로 비용부담을 줄일 수 있는 이점도 있다.
