The present invention relates to a method for preparing starch jellies containing native grass and, more specifically, to a method for preparing starch jellies containing native grass powder. The method for preparing starch jellies containing native grass is able to: prepare starch jellies containing functional components of native grass; and prepare the starch jellies containing reinforced functional components of the native grass by using fermented native grass powder.
