The novel amide derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to the present invention, has effects of inhibiting sodium channel activity and inhibiting pain caused by inflammation, peripheral nerve injuries and central nerve injuries, and has an excellent effect of inhibiting MMP-2 and MMP-9, which are activated after spinal injuries, and thus can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating neuropathic pain.
