The present invention relates to a roadside gaze guidance lamp apparatus having a self-defect diagnosis function. More specifically, a gaze guidance induction lamp is built on rail sections on a side of a road or a guide rail with vehicles traveling thereon to easily understand the curved state of the road in advance to provide drivers with safety traveling at night.
