... 본 발명은 복수개의 파장 선택 필터를 이용하여 수용액의 시료로부터 총 유기 탄소 측정을 위한 가스 농도를 고감도 및 선택적으로 측정할 수 있는 광 필터를 이용한 가스 검출기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 가스 검출기는 원하는 파장대의 광을 투과시키고 원하지 않는 나머지 파장대의 광을 반사시키는 파장 선택 필터를 복 수개 배열하여 측정하고자 하는 복수개의 가스 농도를 선택적으로 선별하여 동시에 측정할 수 있다. 종래에는 특정 각도로 기울어진 복수개의 파장 반사 필터(광필터)를 광경로의 동일축상에 위치시켜 원하는 파장의 광을 각각 반사시켜 광량을 측정하였으나, 기울어진 각도(반사각)에 따라 광량의 손실이 발생할 수 있고, 측정되는 파장의 종류가 많아질수록 동일축(광경로를 따라)을 따라 위치하는 광 필터의 개수가 증가하므로 맨 후단에 위치하는 광 필터에 도달하는 광량이 줄어드는 문제가 있었다. 이에 반해, 본 발명의 광 필터는 원하는 파장을 흡수하는 방식이므로 종래 기술과 같이 반사각에 따른 광손실을 줄일 수 있고, 또한, 본 발명의 광필터는 광원과 동일축 상에 위치하는 파장 선택 필터의 개수를 줄일 수 있으므로 동일축 상의 가장 후단에 위치하는 파장 선택 필터에 도달하는 광량의 손실을 줄일 수 있다. 본 발명은 입사된 광량을 전체적으로 사용하므로 분석의 정확도를 높일 수 있다.
