... 원격검침설비를 이용하여 전력선에 연결된 전자식 전력량계의 교류 전원 공급 여부를 감지하여 정전 발생 여부를 판단하도록 한 원격검침설비를 이용한 배전 GIS 기반의 정전 감지 시스템 및 방법이 제시된다. 제시된 원격검침설비를 이용한 배전 GIS 기반의 정전 감지 시스템은 수용가에 설치된 전자식 전력량계로부터의 전원 공급 상태를 감지하여 정전 발생 여부를 판단하고, 판단 결과에 따라 정전 트랩 이벤트 및 복전 트랩 이벤트 중에 하나의 트랩 이벤트를 발생하는 슬레이브 모뎀; 배전주에 설치되어 슬레이브 모뎀으로부터 트랩 이벤트를 수신하여 관리하는 데이터집중장치; 및 데이터집중장치로부터 트랩 이벤트를 수신하면 정전 이벤트 또는 복전 이벤트를 발생하여 정전 또는 복전이 발생한 위치정보 및 발생 시간을 포함하는 문자 메시지를 운영자에게 전송하도록 처리하는 정전 감시 서버를 포함한다.
