The present invention relates to a light-receiving module and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a light-receiving module and a manufacturing method therefor that can minimize an optical alignment process by using only one sub-mount, instead of using a lens array, thereby reducing the cost and enhancing the productivity. According to the light-receiving module of the present invention, a lens array and a thin glass substrate are not used, and only one sub-mount is used, which results in a reduction in the cost of the components. Furthermore, according to the light-receiving module manufacturing method of the present invention, a lens array is not used so that an optical arrangement can be minimized, and only one sub-mount is used so that it is possible to reduce the costs and to decrease the defect rate, thereby enhancing productivity.
