R-BiP의 Nt-Arg는 리간드로서 p62의 ZZ 도메인에 결합하여(⑦), 평소에 닫혀있는 불활성 형태의 p62가 열린형태로 바뀌면서 구조적인 활성화가 유도됨으로서(⑧), PB1 및 LC3-결합 도메인이 노출된다. The present invention relates to novel fusarisetin compounds separated from Fusarium sp. FN080326 and having an anticancer activity, and to the use thereof. In detail, novel fusarisetin compounds separated and purified from Fusarium sp. FN080326, which is in turn separated from a soil sample, have an inhibitory activity on the proliferation and transfer of cancer cells such as breast-cancer cells, liver-cancer cells or myeloid-leukemic cells. Therefore, the compounds can be effectively used for anticancer compositions containing the compounds as active ingredients.

In a method for manufacturing a lead-free piezoelectric thin-film structure, a substrate is mounted on a chuck arranged in a chamber. A ceramic target is arranged to face the chuck. Then, the ceramic target is used to form the lead-free piezoelectric thin-film on the substrate. The present invention relates to a wire separating device and a wire replacing method using the same.
