The present invention relates to a heat accumulating combustion facility and, more specifically, relates to a heat accumulating combustion facility which effectively regenerates a heat exchange layer by removing pollutants adsorbed by the heat exchange layer. The heat accumulating facility of the present invention comprises: a combustion chamber to burn process gas flowing in from the outside; and a heat exchange layer to contact the combustion chamber, and exchanging heat with the process gas by being divided into two or more areas. The heat exchange layer is made of a sintered body of one or more dielectric substance selected from a group made of SiC, TiO_2, ZnO, CuO, NiO, V_2O_5, ferrite, graphite, Zn0_2, and SiH_2 with 10 or greater of dielectric permittivity; and additionally comprises a heating means to heat with microwave the heat exchange layer.
