The present invention pertains to: a bioelectrochemical reactor for a biological C1 gas conversion process; and a biological C1 gas conversion process method using same. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a bioelectrochemical reactor and a biological C1 gas conversion process method using same, wherein electrons, i.e., reducing power, required for bioconversion reactions can be sufficiently supplied to enhance the production rate and production yield of acetic acid produced from carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide and increase the growth rate of microorganisms, higher value-added volatile acid can be produced through a chain elongation reaction of the acetic acid, the emission of carbon dioxide, which is a greenhouse gas, can be reduced, new strains capable of receiving electrons from electrodes can be investigated, and microorganisms applicable to bioelectrochemical reaction systems can be developed.
