The present invention relates to a substrate bonding system comprising: a mobile chamber that accommodates one pair of arranged substrates; a conveyor moving device that continuously moves the mobile chamber, and is provided with a vacuum generator which is connected to a vacuum port of the mobile chamber and vacuumizes the inside of the mobile chamber; and a heating device that performs a heating process in which one pair of the arranged substrates are bonded within the mobile chamber, wherein the conveyor moving device is arranged to pass through the heating device. According to the present invention, the substrate bonding system increases accuracy in bonding and miniaturizes the size of the chamber, thereby easily utilizing a space. Further, since the bonding process is continuously progressed by using the conveyor moving device, the process time is reduced.
