... 본 발명은 물을 가열하여 난방을 행할 수 있도록 된 탄소 히터를 이용한 온수 보일러에 관한 것이다.종래에도 탄소히터를 이용한 온수 보일러는 일정 크기를 가지는 물탱크 내에 복수 개의 탄소히터를 설치하여 온도 분포가 균일하지 못하고 열효율이 저하되는 문제점이 있는데, 이를 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 전면에 커버가 분리 가능하게 결합된 케이스 본체의 내측에는 급수탱크와 제1가열탱크와 제2가열탱크와 배출탱크가 순차적으로 연결된 물탱크군이 내측면에 고정된 복수 개의 브래킷에 고정 설치되며, 본체 바닥면의 일측에는 외부의 물저장탱크에서 물이 공급되는 입수구가 결합되고, 본체 바닥면의 타측에는 상기 물탱크군 내에서 가열된 물이 배출되는 출수구가 결합되고, 상기 입수구의 상측에는 바닥에 결합된 브래킷에 장착된 펌프가 결합되어 외부로부터 물을 강제로 내부로 공급하며, 수위센서에서 감지된 수위가 일정 높이 이하일 때 펌프가 작동하여 급수를 진행하는 급수탱크는 제1가열탱크와 상측부가 제1연결관에 의해 연결되고, 상기 제1가열탱크는 제2가열탱크와 하측부가 제2연결관에 의해 연결되고, 상기 제2가열탱크는 상측부가 제3연결관에 배출탱크와 연결되며, 내부의 물을 가열하는 탄소히터는 제1가열탱크와 제2가열탱크 및 배출탱크에 장착된 스테인리스 재질의 내부관의 내측에 시일에 의해 물이 새지 않도록 결합되며, 상기 제1가열탱크, 제2가열탱크 및 배출탱크 중 어느 하나에는 내부의 물 온도를 감지하여 탄소히터의 작동을 제어하는 과열방지센서가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 히터를 이용한 온수 보일러를 제안한다. 따라서 구조가 간단하고 물탱크 내에 설치된 이중관 내에 탄소히터가 설치되어 물의 급속 가열이 가능하고 열효율이 증대되며, 특히 개별적으로 탄소히터를 교체하는 등의 수리가 가능하여 유지 보수가 편리하게 된다.

The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for an electrical steel sheet comprising the steps of: preparing an electrical steel sheet having a plating layer comprising aluminum on at least one surface; forming a magnesium coating layer by means of vacuum evaporating magnesium on the plating layer; and heat treating the electrical steel sheet having the aluminum plating layer and the magnesium coating layer at 750-950°C. According to the present invention, a uniform magnesium oxide (MgO) layer is formed on an aluminum-silicon-plated electrical steel sheet and thus a plated electrical steel sheet having insulation is provided. Therefore, a highly efficient electrical steel sheet is applied to an electrical device and can contribute to energy saving, device size reduction and the like.
