... 본 발명은 브레이징 합금 분말과 고분자재료를 이용한 플렉시블 브레이징 시트 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은, 브레이징 합금 분말과 고분자 수지 혼합물 및 바인더 수지를 혼합하여 플렉시블한 시트 형태의 브레이징 합금을 제조한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 박판상으로 가공이 어려운 난가공성 브레이징 합금을 고분자소재와 브레이징 합금 분말을 혼합하여 플렉시블한 시트(박판) 형태로 제조 가능하므로 기존의 비정질 브레이징 합금 시트가 고가인 점을 감안하였을 때 대량으로 사용되는 콘덴싱 보일러, 자동차 배기가스 재연소 방식의 EGR 쿨러 등에 보편적으로 사용되기 어려운 문제점을 해소할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 전술한 브레이징 합금 페이스트 상의 단점(금속분말과 바인더 등 액체 상의 유기물과의 분리, 보통 6개월 내외의 유효기간, 끈적끈적하여 다루기가 어렵고, 접합할 피 접합재 사이에 균일한 도포가 어려운 점)을 해결할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 피접합재의 크기, 모양에 따라 다양한 두께로 제작할 수 있으며, 밀폐식 대기 비건조 방식을 사용함으로써 슬러리의 균질화에 따른 시트 품질을 개선하여 최적의 브레이징용 브레이징 합금 시트를 제조하는 효과가 있다.

... 본 발명은 저온 접합용 브레이징 합금 저온 접합 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 저온 접합용 브레이징 합금 및 이를 이용한 저온 접합 방법을 포함한다. 본 발명은 또한, 제1금속염 및 제2금속염을 포함하는 두 가지 이상의 금속염이 포함된 수계 합금 도금액을 준비하는 단계, 전극을 상기 수계 합금 도금액에 침지시켜 전해 도금 회로를 구성하는 단계, 계면활성제 또는 알칼리 용액을 사용하는 1차 세척 및 산 희석액을 사용하는 2차 세척을 수행한 기판을 준비하는 단계, 상기 전해 도금 회로를 제어하는 제어부에 도금하고자 하는 상기 금속염의 환원전위 값에 따라, 25℃ 표준수소전극 기준으로 +2V에서 -4.5V사이의 전압 또는 그에 상응하는 전류 값을 입력하여 상기 전극에 환원 전위 또는 전류를 인가하는 단계, 상기 금속염들의 표준 환원 전위 차이에 의해 상기 기판상에 저온 접합용 브레이징 합금으로서 적어도 2개층 이상의 다층 비정질 금속 도금막을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 다층 비정질 금속 도금막이 형성된 기판상에 피접합물을 배치하고 가압 및 가열하여 기판과 피접합물을 저온 접합하는 단계를 포함하는 저온 접합용 브레이징 합금을 이용한 저온 접합 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 브레이징에서 사용되는 포일, 필러, 분말, 페이스트를 대체함으로서 저온 공정이 가능하게 된다. 이것으로 브레이징에서 발생하는 기판의 열에 의한 손상이나 불량을 줄일 수 있고, 또한 저온에서 진행되므로 에너지절감에 기여하는 효과가 있다.
