... 본 발명은 GIS를 기반으로 지진 발생 시 평가 대상 지역의 지진파를 계측하도록 설치된 지진계측기로부터 수집된 계측 정보와 지반조사 정보 및 구조물 정보를 관리하고 이를 연계 평가하여 평가 대상 지역의 지진 피해를 실시간으로 예측하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「평가 대상 지역의 시추정보 및 물리탐사 자료에 기초한 공간 보간을 통해, 3차원 공간 그리드(3D Spacial Grid)에 의해 영역화되어 개별적으로 지반특성이 정보화된 셀(Cell)의 집합으로 이루어진 3차원 공간 모델이 구축되어 있고, 지진계측부 및 연산처리부가 구비된 GIS(Geographic Information System)를 통한 지진 피해 예측 방법으로서, (A) 상기 연산처리부가 상기 3차원 공간 모델에 기초한 지반조건 및 지진가속도 조건에 따른 부지응답해석을 통해 지진파의 암반노두가속도와 지층별 최대가속도 간의 상관관계를 도출하는 단계; (B) 상기 연산처리부가 상기 3차원 공간 모델에 기초한 지반특성 분석을 통해 셀 단위로 액상화 발생 가능성을 판단하여 액상화 평가 대상을 선별하는 단계; 및 (C) 상기 연산처리부가 상기 지진계측부로부터 지진파의 암반노두가속도 계측값을 수신하여 각 셀별로 지진파의 최대가속도를 도출하고, 액상화 발생 가능 지반으로 선별된 셀들의 전단응력비(Cyclic Shear Stress Ratios, CSR)와 전단저항강도비(Cyclic Resistance Ratio, CRR)를 산정하여, 각 셀별 액상화 안전율(FSliquefaction) 및 액상화 피해 등급을 도출하는 단계; 를 포함하는 GIS 기반 실시간 지진피해 예측 방법」을 제공한다.
