Infectious diseases cause 150 million deaths per year and threaten people. In order to improve the understanding of pathogenic bacteria, the present study was designed to redefine the relationship between human pathogenic bacteria and various environment colonies, such as prokaryotes, plants, and fungi, as well as the other bacteria, and research the interaction therebetween. The pathogenic bacteria were first homogenized and irradiated with gamma rays, and the half of the irradiated solution was sterilized by using a high-temperature high-pressure sterilizer. A total of nine organism species were used, including two species of plants, two species of fungi, one species of animal, and four species of microbes. The animals and fungi used in the study showed an inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria suspensions, but the plants showed a significant promotion effect. ... 본 발명은 박막 복합 분리막(thin file composite membrane, 이하 TFC) 제조 공정에 관한 것으로, 듀얼(이중층)-슬롯코팅 기술을 이용하여 단일(1-step)공정으로 분리막을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 듀얼(이중층)-슬롯코팅 공정에서는, 반응성의 두 종류의 유기 단량체가 용해되어있는 비혼성(immiscible)의 두 용액을 다공성 지지체 위에 동시 도포/접촉시키는 단일공정을 통해 이중 용액층을 형성시키고, 이중층 계면에서 유기 단량체간의 가교반응을 통해 선택층을 합성시킴으로써, TFC 분리막을 제조할 수 있다.
