The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing foreign substances from the inside of a pipe for seawater desalination of an offshore plant, which comprises: a support part supported by a bottom; a body part coupled to the upper part of the support part to be rotated about a horizontal rotary shaft, having a wire reception space formed inside, and having a wire entrance formed on one side thereof; a spring wire received in the wire reception space to be drawn out through the wire entrance; a foreign substance removal part positioned at one end of the spring wire; a rope connected to the foreign substance removal part; and a rope guide installed at one end of the pipe.
