... 본 발명은 LED 기판의 주재료인 웨이퍼를 대량으로 생산하기 위한 사파이어 단결정 성장장치의 잉곳을 정밀하게 모니터링할 수 있는 제어장치 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 웨이퍼의 원재료인 잉곳을 가열로에 넣어 2050℃ 이상 고온에서 사파이어 단결정체인 잉곳을 선명하게 초기 시드 위치 및 성장상황을 관찰 할 수 있도록 한 레이저광학 영상처리기법을 이용한 사파이어 단결정 성장장치의 잉곳 성장 관찰용 모니터링 제어장치에 관한 것이다. 산화알루미늄을 도가니(100)에 넣어 전극(201)을 이용한 가열을 통해 용해한 다음, 용융된 산화알루미늄에 천천히 시드(101)가 접촉한 후 인상과 회전 동시동작에 의해 단결정 잉곳(102)으로 성장시키는 사파이어 단결정 성장장치에 있어서, 상기 잉곳(102) 성장 관찰용 모니터링부(300)와, 상기 모니터링부(300)을 통해 전송되는 잉곳(102) 성장 장면을 작업자가 모니터로 통해 선명하게 확인하면서 작업이 가능한 화면캡쳐 실시간 필터변환 재생장치(450)가 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
