In addition, the present invention relates to a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide and an expression vector comprising the polynucleotide. Since the microorganism comprising the novel acyltransferase of the present invention enhances the activity of the acyltransferase, the microorganism of the present invention can be efficiently used to produce N-acetyl-L-methionine by acetylating L-methionine.
