Una tela recubierta para un airbag obtenida aplicando una resina de silicona sin disolvente polimerizable por adición sobre al menos una superficie de un textil de fibra sintética, en donde la cantidad de recubrimiento de la resina de silicona es de 15 a 45 g/m2; y el ratio tensión de la trama/tensión de la urdimbre según se observa al estirar la tela recubierta es de 0,30 a 0,65, medido de acuerdo con el método especificado en la descripción, y en donde la diferencia en la resistencia al doblado entre en la dirección de la urdimbre y en la dirección de la trama de la tela recubierta es de 3 a 20 mm.
