An opening-closing member controller that solves the problem includes a motor, a speed detection unit, an entrapment determination unit, and a control unit. The magnet (7) generates and applies a D.C. magnetic field of one polarity perpendicular to the magnetic thin film (1A) around a point (P) where the laser beam (3) is focused. While the pulse magnetic field generator device (6) generates pulse magnetic field of the opposite polarity modulated by information signal around the point (P) where the laser beam (3) is focused. Thus one and opposite polarity magnetic field pulse row obtained by a sum of the D.C. magnetic field and the pulse magnetic field is applied to the magnetic thin film (1A) upon laser beam (3) irradiation to perform the real-time overwrite operation.

An object of the present invention is to provide an organic semiconductor material that easily provides a film having a high carrier mobility without the need for a complicated process. It was found that a BTBT derivative having a particular arylene acetylene structure is crystallized by way of a high-order liquid crystal phase having a highly ordered molecular arrangement, and thus the BTBT derivative easily forms a film having a high mobility without requiring complicated heat treatment even when the film is formed by printing. This finding led to the achievement of the object.

As a result, two lights of different wavelengths can be separated and used for different purposes without being influenced by each other.

A structure for preveting MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits) from the deterioration in the high-frequency transmission characteristics thereof, which is resulted from mechanical pressure applied to the pads during the wire-bonding thereto for external connection. The structure includes a groove provided in the surface of the interlayer insulation film around each of the pads. The line conductor for transmitting high-frequency signals is free from the peeling off or bending thereof, which is caused by the deformation in the interlayer insulation films during when the mechanical pressure applied to the pads, and thus, the change in the transmission characteristics of the line conductor can be minimized, and the reliability of MMICs can be improved.
