Provided in the present invention is a reconfiguration method and device for scan chains with the planned unit taken into consideration, wherein said reconfiguration method of the scan chains comprises a first phase reconfiguration and second phase reconfiguration. Said first phase reconfiguration first classifies a number of scan chains, wherein scan chains with the starting point and the ending point in the same planned unit are classified as a first aggregation of scan chains; scan chains with the starting point and the ending point not in the same planned unit are classified as a second aggregation of scan chains; and scan chains with both the starting point and the ending point at the same top level are classified as a third aggregation of scan chains. Then, in sequence the scan chains within said first aggregation of scan chains are reconfigured, then the scan chains within said second aggregation of scan chains are reconfigured, and finally the scan chains within said third aggregation of scan chains are reconfigured. Starting from a situation taken as a whole, the present invention of the reconfiguration method and device for scan chains takes into consideration the information of the positions of the starting and ending points of the scan chain, so that it can go through as few planned units as possible, thus reducing by a large margin ports on the planned units and the connection wires between planned units, and reducing the demand for resources and the difficulty in the subsequent design.

Then, two-way selection is executed between the scan chains and scanning elements based on the corresponding first preference sequence and secondary preference sequence, so that these scanning elements can be redistributed to these scan chains. The structural reconstruction method and device in the invention conduct an integrated optimization for a global scan chain, where the global wiring length is shortened dramatically and the wiring efficiency is improved.

The penalty parameters can include at least one of: membership in a plan group or a top-level physical hierarchy, size of a plan group, FLOATING/ORDERED scan element in scan data, location of endpoints of an ORDERED list, location of endpoints of a macro, and membership in a plan group containing a STOP point. Scan data, at the block-level and at the top-level, can be automatically updated to reflect the plan groups and optimized scan chains.

The “bovine” mentioned in the present invention includes cattle, zebu, yak and buffalo, and the “ovine/caprine” refers to various breeds of sheep and goat. The specific primers are a pair of primers that can amplify the DNA sequence of bovine (SEQ ID NO. 1) and ovine/caprine (SEQ ID NO.2) at the same time. In addition, the size of amplified fragment in bovine (125 bp) differs from that in ovine/caprine (107 bp). Thus, the bovine-derived ingredients could be effectively distinguished from ovine/caprine by detecting the size of amplified DNA fragments in one PCR reaction. The PCR kit can be applied to analyze and determine whether the samples contain bovine or ovine/caprine-derived ingredients. In conclusion, the present invention provides a rapid, sensitive, cost-effective reliable approach for the detection of bovine- and ovine/caprine-derived ingredients.

The present disclosure discloses a synergetic stabilization method of heavy metals in non-ferrous metal mines by microbial geochemistry and multiple solid wastes in atomic level based on a complex salt effect, which relates to the pollution treatment. Aiming to the bottleneck of the mine rehabilitation in the prior art, the present disclosure provides the technology for atomically solidifying the heavy metals in the non-ferrous slag residues through the complex salt effect cooperating with microbial geochemistry. The complex salt effect of sulfur-containing ions, sulfate, phosphate, and silicate is formed via the strongly-reducing of various bulk solid wastes cooperating with the in-situ mineralization of the microbial geochemistry, and the action of sulfate-reducing bacteria, oligotrophic iron-reducing bacteria, phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and silicate bacteria as the functional microorganisms and the low-grade minerals, so that the heavy metals in the non-ferrous slag residues can be atomically in-situ solidified/stabilized.
